As Luffy’s fate hang’s in the balance. Word spreads that the war is over and people all over the world rejoice on the news of the Navy’s Victory, but behind all the celebrations and cheers, very few know that there are new troubles on the horizon. Blackbeard is on the move with his new crew members from Impel Down’s level 6. Upon Whitebeard’s death a seat has opened up to whomever is capable of taking it. Also, with his last words confirming the “One Piece” pirates all over are simmmering at the brim.

“Proposal” (プロポーズ, Puropōzu”)

Chopper warns Sanji not to turn around under any circumstances. Sanji gives some speech I think about death not stopping him from achieving his dream and turns around. He petrifies. Luffy and friends get tied up by the townpeople and then Vander Decken arrives and proposes to Shirahoshi. The townpeople panic, but Luffy quiets them with Haki and attacks Vander Decken with a two-legged kick because he’s still tied up, which burries Vander Decken in the ground. Princess Shirahoshi breaks Luffy’s bonds and then Wadatsumi appears and Luffy uses the Jet Pistol. Luffy, Shirahoshi and Megalo apparently continue towards the forest of the sea. Scene change to Nami and Keimi who have gotten out of the palace and look over the forest of the sea. Both Zorro and Hodi are bleeding and Hodi gives us the Arlong crazy eye.

“The Major Incident on Coral Hill”
(サンゴヶ丘で大事件, “Sangogaoka de Daijiken”)

Zoro prepares to fight Hordy after helping Neptune, his guards, Usopp, and Brook to escape. Nami has disappeared to an unknown location after seeing Jones has an Arlong tattoo. At Coral Hill, Luffy, Megalo, and Shirahoshi meet Chopper, Sanji, and Hatchan. Megalo finally spits out Shirahoshi.

Synopsis: The fight in Marineford still rages on, as Trafalgar Law arrives to rescue Luffy. Sengoku still fights Blackbeard, while Akainu fights the commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates. Even though the Marines clearly won the war, they still fight, and while many die around Coby, the “voices” continue to fade away from his mind. For a few moments he bravely stops the war, and as he’s about to be killed by Akainu, Shanks arrives, claiming that those “seconds of courage have changed the fate of the world”.
